A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience: 2 or more years of food service experience preffered Preferred Education: High school diploma or its equivalent. Certifications: Food Handler within 180 days.
