Responsibilities
• Prepare hot and cold menu items• Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods• Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability• Follow standardized recipes and menu cycle
Requirements
• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred• Experience with production methods, portion control, and food handling safety• Great organizational and communication skills• Attention to detail and presentation of food product• Ability to work weekends• Full-time position with 40 hours expected
