Job summary
We are hiring immediately for full time cook positions.Location: BioMerieux - 100 Rodolphe Street, Durham, NC 27712Schedule: Full time schedule. 6:00 am - 2:45 pm; days may vary.

Responsibilities
• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions• Serves meals or prepares for delivery• Tastes all prepared food items• Uses established ticket collection procedures• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting• Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies• Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents
Requirements
• Prior cook experience and knife skills preferred• Willing to train
