LHH Recruitment Solutions is a reputable recruiting firm with an experienced recruiting team searching for a Controller for a stable Kansas City company. We are looking for a talented Controller to join this team, a well-established and successful company.
As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also lead and develop a small accounting team and collaborate with other managers across the organization. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications:
Degree in Accounting.
At least 5 years of experience in an accounting role, with ideally at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-finance professionals.
High level of integrity, dependability, and results-orientation.
The salary range for this position depends on experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO.
