Controller

We are working with a Real Estate Finance company on a new Controller search.  The Controller will work closely with the principal of the firm and will lead financial and accounting activities for the business. This position is located on site in the Greenwich office.  Responsibilities:This person will be running the P&L for their business.  This person will also be involved in budgeting/ forecasting for the business.  When required this person will have a level of involvement in their tax season preparation and execution.  Will handle accounting and reporting for their loan portfolio and will oversee their loan servicing team.  Lastly will help with their investor reporting.Required Qualifications:CPA PreferredMust have high excel skills and be detailed orientated.Fund and Credit experience preferred (real estate debt ideal)If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.  The Solomon Page Distinction
