Responsibilities
• Function as the HBS CFO's financial point person• Interpret HBS service line financial performance/results• Provide strategic guidance and insight for new initiatives• Analyze and explore means of reducing operating costs and increasing revenues• Interact with PS financial management teams• Prepare various reports to improve operating results• Assist HBS CFO in financial analysis, reporting, and proforma creation• Provide financial oversight/analysis on corporate wide acquisitions• Coordinate the annual budget process for HBS• Maintain strictest confidentiality and adhere to organization's standards
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree required (preferred in Accounting or Finance)• Minimum seven years of progressive accounting/financial experience required• Healthcare experience required• Prefer five years in a physician practice management or healthcare-related environment• Supervisory experience preferred• Possess strong business acumen, critical thinking skills, and problem solving skills• Effective communication skills• Knowledge of accounting theory, principles, and practices• Proficiency with PC-based spreadsheet program - Excel• Ability to interact well with Senior Management, all levels of management, and colleagues• Ability to analyze financial reports and perform mathematical computations accurately• Ability to organize work independently and consistently achieve reporting deadlines
