Responsibilities
• Provide IT infrastructure support for industrial automation and control systems.• Develop and maintain familiarity with industrial automation and control systems, as well as supporting IT infrastructure.• Design, coordinate, and support system maintenance and enhancements.• Administer and support industrial automation and control systems servers and workstations.• Administer and support daily systems backups, anti-virus updates, and operating system patching.• Administer and support industrial automation and control systems network infrastructure.• Coordinate system maintenance and support activities with Process Control personnel.• Plan, develop, and implement procedures and upgrades to system software and hardware.• Engage with Process Control and Plant Engineering staff on system modifications and enhancements.• Participate in Safety and Environmental programs and ensure policy compliance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering, OR Associate's degree in Information Systems or related discipline.• 4 years of experience in Industrial Automation and Control Systems, IT LAN Administration, Software Troubleshooting, Computer Systems Maintenance, or Application Support.• Basic understanding of LAN Administration or industrial automation systems.• Customer service-oriented with good organizational and interpersonal skills.• Effective communication skills in both verbal and written form.
