Role Description

Cenmed Enterprises is a family-owned and operated business representing thirty years of ongoing experience through 2 generations in the medical supply and distribution industry. We seek a contract Coordinator with experience in contract management to fill an open role in our Equipment Maintenance Management Solutions department.
The ideal candidate preferably has a background in medical and laboratory equipment, mechanical, electrical, or other commercial service-related industries. This role works directly with the event coordinator to ensure quality, safety, on-budget, and scheduled service events, adhering to estimated budgets, improving the total operating profit margin over the original bid, and maintaining customer relationships. This position is responsible for reviewing the customer's scope of work, completing pre- and post-service event reviews with customers, tracking and reporting overall project performance, managing the service event calendar and MobiWorks platform, and ensuring strict adherence to the contract. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player willing to jump in and assist where needed.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000

What you'll be doing:

Coordinate with the Service event Coordinator to perform the day-to-day duties to facilitate service event activities.
Manage and maintain the contract file structure and associated processes.
Documents all time and material operations and change orders from Customers, coordinating with the Service Event Coordinator to organize and implement.
Manage and disposition customer service event complaints and escalate them to the service director as appropriate.
Complies with and administers

procedures/policies

and addresses and elevates non-compliance to leadership.
Supports and coordinates the Customer sales order process with Cenmed accounts receivable.
Knows the key operational details of the contract, communicates, and escalates adherence and compliance deliverables.
Maintain the service event calendar and notify leadership of problems and non-conformances.

What you'll need:

Associate degree or high school diploma with 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent teamwork, communication, and people skills are a must.
Understanding of scheduling methods, forecasting, information, and customer management.
Solid time management and demonstrated organizational skills.
Proven interpersonal, conflict resolution, and persuasion skills.
Proven multi-tasking capabilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Preferences:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
CAPM or PMI-SP certifications.
Six Sigma Greenbelt.
Prefer 3 - 5 years of related work experience in a field service, project coordination, and supplier or vendor management role.

Work Experience:
Typically requires 5+ years' experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
Thorough knowledge of the functional regions under supervision.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily.

Ability to set practical and challenging objectives.
Intermediate-level computer skills in Microsoft Office.
