Job DescriptionLaSalle is teaming up with a prominent food manufacturing company to find their next Contract Bilingual Recruiter. Contract Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities:  Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for hourly roles, ensuring efficient and effective candidate sourcing 
Conduct both face-to-face and phone interviews for various hourly positions, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and thorough evaluation techniques 
Foster positive relationships with candidates, providing a seamless and engaging recruitment experience 
Contract Bilingual Recruiter Requirements:  A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for expertise in high-volume hourly roles 
Showcase the ability to conduct comprehensive interviews, both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating a keen eye for assessing candidate suitability 
Exhibit proficiency in handling diverse recruitment challenges, displaying adaptability and effective problem-solving skills
