As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with GAAP. Your experience will shine as you lead the accounting team and create a positive learning environment for all.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial activities and general ledger management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Lead and mentor the accounting team
- Identify potential in candidates and create a supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA license holder required
- Public Accounting Audit of financial institutions is preferred
- 8+ years of business experience, preferably in a financial institution
- Proficient knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with Six Sigma certification preferred

Salary Range $140k to $180k
