We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team! As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving positive change and enhancing efficiency across our distribution center network.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes to boost overall efficiency.
Dive into data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
Work closely with our Operations Support Services Product Owner team to address operational inefficiencies.
Develop and execute communication plans to ensure our improvement strategies resonate with stakeholders at all levels.
Foster collaboration across departments to gather diverse perspectives and identify process enhancement opportunities.
Gain a deep understanding of our distribution operations, including inbound, outbound, quality, and inventory control.
Take ownership of multiple projects and work closely with teams to ensure successful execution.
Test and evaluate potential solutions and analyze ROI based on current and projected data.
Facilitate project rollouts, including potential travel.
Field inquiries through our team inbox and provide timely responses.
Experience/Requirements:
Proven experience in driving continuous improvement and change management.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills to convey improvement strategies effectively.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and different departments.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a willingness to travel when necessary.
Exceptional ability to motivate and influence others.
Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management preferred.
Experience in supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, operations, or logistics is advantageous.
Willingness to travel and work within distribution centers up to 25%.

Dedicated home office space that is conducive to productivity.
Valid physical address.
Ability to communicate effectively via various online platforms.
Legal residency in eligible states.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 82,000.00 Per Year
