Continuous Improvement Leader Responsibilities: Coordinates process improvement projects Utilize Lean problem-solving methodologies. Work with production and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvements Implement capital projects and process improvements. Tracks, measures, and reports progress on improvement activities Coach, mentor, and work with employees at all levels throughout the company Continuous Improvement Leader Qualifications: BS/BA Engineering degree in a technical discipline, preferably Industrial, Quality, or Mechanical; or a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field. Continuous Improvement Deployment, TOC, Lean, Six Sigma - Certification Must have proficient skills with spreadsheets, email, Microsoft Office programs, and Manufacturing Software Project management experience Continuous Improvement Leader Benefits: Salary of $85k+ based on Experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Plan 401k PTO
