Full-time role for an Engineer who wants to help build and lead a culture of Continuous Improvement and Lean Controls for a high-functioning manufacturing environment. Have the technical and analysis skills to do structured Root Cause work on production and/or quality issues, and help identify and implement Corrective Actions? REQUIRED:
BS in an Engineering or Technology discipline Strong professional experience with Continuous Improvement, and with driving Lean concepts in manufacturing. 2+ years of professional engineering experience Excellent communication skills Hands-on problem solving DESIRED:
