About the Role : As a Content Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping content architecture, strategy, and execution across our digital product portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridging the gaps between design, content, and engineering. Your goal: architect content models that enhance flexibility, reusability, and maintainability, while improving presentation and structure. Define UI and structural improvements in our Drupal CMS to elevate the authoring experience.
Responsibilities :
Content and Metadata Modeling (50%): Develop and refine structured content and metadata models, enabling delivery and evolution of features. Map components through the delivery pipeline, ensuring data integrity from creation to end user interaction.
Content Management and Workflow (25%): Establish and contribute to content workflows and processes. Advocate for content creators, ensuring sustainability in content lifecycles and quality.
Content Strategy and Design (25%): Synthesize user needs and business requirements for scalable information deployment across digital products. Create strategies for content reuse across channels, collaborate on innovative, content-driven digital experiences.
Qualifications : Experience: 2-3 years in content or data models and workflows for digital products.
CMS: Proficiency with Drupal or similar CMS, including content types, fields, relationships, and headless/decoupled usage.
Skills: Problem-solving using data, strong verbal and written communication, ability to simplify complex concepts, and a collaborative mindset.
Personality: Self-starter with a passion for education and career opportunities for students. Strong negotiation skills, relationship-building abilities, and influence.
