Responsibilities
• Capture and produce versatile, high-quality content including photography and videography.• Collaborate closely with team members to facilitate effective content capture and distribution.• Assist in managing the creative workflow, including organizing and leading photo and video shoots.• Monitor and report on the performance and engagement of created content.• Adapt to new technologies and methods for content creation.• Provide timely responses and communications across team members and stakeholders.• Manage multiple, complex projects efficiently and effectively.• Adhere to confidentiality and business ethics.• Work outside regular business hours as needed.• Travel is required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.• 2-4 years of experience in communications, content creation, marketing, or related field.• Experience working with collegiate or professional athletics.• Proven expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite for photo and video editing (preferred).• Familiarity with Sony equipment (preferred).• Basic understanding of social media operations.• Exceptional flexibility and adaptability.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.• Proven project management skills.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
