We are seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Tenneco in San Jose, California. This is a part-time remote position ideal for individuals at the entry level of their career with at least 1 year of experience.
As a Contact Center Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order placements, and issue resolutions- Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' concerns and offering effective solutions- Logging all customer interactions accurately in the system and following up on unresolved issues in a timely manner- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and provide comprehensive support to customers- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed assistance to customers- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:- Must be adaptable and passionate about customer service- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze situations and provide effective solutions- Ability to cooperate and work well within a team environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent required
