As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions- Collaborate with other departments to provide solutions to customer problems- Meet or exceed performance targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution times- Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services to better assist customers
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills- Ability to negotiate and problem solve effectively- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Resilient and able to handle high-stress situations with professionalism- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
