Job Description:
As a Contact Center Specialist at FedEx in Denver, Colorado, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner- Utilize CRM systems to accurately document customer interactions and update customer information- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction ratings- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, policies, and procedures
