Job Description:

Pacific Life is seeking a highly motivated and driven Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and prospects through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role and possess a strong project management skillset.

Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients and prospects in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution- Educate clients on our products and services- Utilize project management skills to track and prioritize customer requests and issues- Prepare and deliver presentations to educate clients on financial products- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and call resolution

Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Driven and energetic personality with a passion for helping others- Strong project management skills- Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
