Job Description:
Western Digital is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from San Jose, California. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Provide technical support for Western Digital products and services.4. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary.6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times.
Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Passionate about helping customers and resolving their issues.3. Resourceful problem solver with strong cooperation skills.4. Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.6. Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
