Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

As a Contact Center Representative for Emerson Electric, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone, email, and chat. In this remote part-time position based in San Antonio, Texas, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, issues, and providing information about products and services.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues- Accurately document all customer interactions- Identify and escalate priority issues- Provide product and service information to customers- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals- Adhere to company policies and procedures
