Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Expedia is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Phoenix, Arizona, US. As an Entry Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to travelers, assisting with booking reservations, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Assisting customers with booking travel reservations- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Providing recommendations and information on travel destinations and accommodations- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions- Collaborating with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Adaptable and reliable personality traits- Strong communication and analysis skills- Ability to work remotely and independently- Proficiency in computer systems and software- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Availability to work a flexible schedule
