Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Expedia is looking for a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the travel industry.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Use various software programs to process bookings and reservations accurately- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Expedia products and services to better assist customers- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Hardworking and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment- Strong planning and organization skills- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
