Job Description:

Public Service Enterprise Group is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in contact center management who possesses a strong work ethic and is motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of contact center representatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Plan and oversee training and development programs for contact center staff- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer service initiatives

Requirements:- 6 years of experience in contact center management- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks- Proficient in data analysis and using data to inform decision-making- Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Experience in strategic planning and implementation- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates- Free food and gym membership benefits offered
