Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and text messages.• Schedule service appointments and address vehicle service inquiries.• Provide world-class customer service and proactive feedback to improve experience.• Assist with automotive sales and service questions.• Maintain accurate notes in CRM system and meet productivity standards.• Assist in all areas of the business as needed.• Maintain high moral and ethical standards.• Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED preferred.• Customer Service and/or Call Center experience required.• Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills.• Working knowledge of automotive industry preferred.• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.• Dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.• Pass background check and drug screening.• Comply with dress code policy.
