Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Contact Center Associate to join our team at Northrop Grumman. This is a remote work position based in Dallas, Texas.

As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. Additionally, you will assist in data entry, maintaining customer records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
