Job Description:

Sonic Automotive is seeking a remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with sales inquiries. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Answering and making calls to customers in a professional and friendly manner- Providing accurate information about products and services- Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues- Processing sales orders and transactions- Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics- Demonstrating strong negotiation skills to address customer needs effectively- Managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:- Reliable and dedicated individual who can work independently- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center software- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role- Soft skills in negotiation and people management- Must be comfortable working remotely and have a reliable internet connection- High school diploma or equivalent required
