Job Description:
Xcel Energy is looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home. We are seeking individuals who are hardworking and motivated, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries- Provide information about Xcel Energy products and services- Assist customers with billing questions and account maintenance- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner- Update customer information in the database- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
