Job Description:We are looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at PayPal Holdings in New York City, New York. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work remotely. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support to our clients through phone and email communication.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with our products or services- Documenting all customer interactions and resolutions in our database- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues effectively- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Creative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking- High school diploma or equivalent- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software- Availability to work full-time and willingness to work remotely
