Job Description:

ExxonMobil is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our customer service team and ensuring the smooth operation of our contact center. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Routing calls to the appropriate department or individual as needed- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Assisting with data entry and documentation tasks as required- Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures- Providing support to the contact center team as needed

Requirements:- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Leadership skills and ability to work well within a team- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus
