Responsibilities
• Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals• Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process• Present financial solutions that meet customer goals• Educate customers on loan terms and conditions• Partner with local businesses to develop new customers• Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools• Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities• Comply with all laws and regulations• Provide optional insurance products to customers• HS Diploma/GED required
Requirements
• HS Diploma/GED• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience preferred• Bilingual - Spanish• On site work location
