Responsibilities
• Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals• Develop and maintain relationships with customers• Present financial solutions based on customer needs• Present optional insurance products• Educate customers on loan terms and conditions• Partner with local businesses to acquire new customers• Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities• Comply with all laws and regulations
Requirements
• HS Diploma/GED• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience• Bilingual - Spanish• Location: On site
