Applicants who fill out the skills & questionnaire section will move to the top of the list Position Overview: The Custom Home Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction of one-of-a-kind custom luxury homes including sitework, landscaping, and all other related work. This includes managing subcontractors, overseeing quality control, monitoring timelines, ensuring safety, and coordinating with the project management team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all subcontractors to ensure quality control and budget compliance. Maintain client relationship, understand client vision, and make sure project is up to company and client standards. Ensure safety protocols are followed and comply with OSHA standards. Review and approve all work performed by subcontractors. Monitor the progress of the project and provide regular status updates to client. Ensure all materials and equipment are delivered in a timely manner. Coordinate with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Provide technical expertise to solve construction challenges. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in residential home building as a Superintendent. 4+ years of experience in one-of-a-kind custom luxury home construction with values worth $10m-$30m . Bachelor's Degree required Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the Mid-Peninsula area. Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials. Ability to understand client's needs and vision and to be able to run all aspects of the project from start to completion. Familiarity with MS Project, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, Zoom, Dropbox, and DocuSign.
