Responsibilities
• Read, study, and understand blueprints and submittals• Develop preliminary and final Construction Schedules• Arrive on time and communicate project assignments• Complete New Project Start tasks• Install and maintain construction signs• Create and distribute weekly 3-week schedule• Maintain and distribute a detailed Daily Log• Write RFI's and coordinate on-site activities• Manage subcontractor scope and quality of work• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety• Attend project OAC meetings and maintain professionalism• Call in required building inspections and complete punch list items• Complete CC project closeout procedure
Requirements
• Ability to handle multiple TI projects simultaneously• Knowledge of project details• Proficiency in MS Project, ProCore, and Microsoft Office programs• Blueprint Reading Skills• Prior construction supervisory experience
