Construction Senior Superintendent to build large ground-up & and repositioning projects in Savannah, GA region. The Id eal Candidate has at least 15 years of progressive career growth in jobsite management responsibilities, with the past five years as a Superintendent building large ground-up or renovating jobs such as Mix-Use, Institutional, Multifamily, Industrial, and Manufacturing / Warehouse projects. Would have a stable work history (averaging at least 2.0 years/job), building $40 million projects or more.
In Your new role, you would be responsible for site safety management, ensuring quality workmanship, scheduling, coordination, completing projects on time, and leading the trades to financially successful project completion.
Your new employer is a large-volume GC: In business for over 45 years, the Company builds ground-up, repositions, & interior projects. Contracts are Design-Build, GMAX, Negotiated, & Shortlist competitive bidding for Mix Use, Institution, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Health Care, & Multi-Residential projects. Projects range from $1 million to over $150 million. Finally, your new employer offers an ESOP, which means you become a stockholder in a $2 billion annual construction business!
Your Compensation & Benefits would include the following: A competitive 6-figure salary to start. You will participate in the Incentive Bonus Program 401K plan with company match. Be a confident, strong leader, and when dealing with issues requiring you to stand your ground, you have the finesse to tell them to go to hell & have them look forward to the trip. Trust your smiling Must have Core Competency: Take ownership of overall construction site safety management, quality workmanship, sub-coordination, & leading the trades to a financially successful project. Create schedules for subs. Able to coordinate work & drive project schedule to complete per contract. Prefer local candidates that meet requirements & Core Competency; However, will consider reimbursement of expenses to relocate strong candidates with excellent resumes & stable work histories.
