Construction Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced construction superintendent who can lead our labor crew and subcontractors. You'll help our construction company plan and manage projects from start to finish for homeowners. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, maintaining the safety and compliance of a construction site, and supervising all activities. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of construction field experience with leadership skills in managing general contractors highly preferred. Apply today!Responsibilities:Submit a plan for homeowners that includes a cost estimate for the jobConfirm that every construction project produces a high-quality finished product, supervise construction workers, execute regular on-site inspections, and provide feedback as neededKeep a daily record of project progress and home improvements for the project manager and the homeownerMinimize injuries and delays on building projects by requiring complete attention to health and safety standards, and report any issues to the project manager when they occurReview subcontractor output concerning schedules and success targets to ensure that the project is on track to be completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards requiredQualifications:OSHA 30 certification and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-siteBasic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft OfficeA high school diploma is required, bachelor's degree preferredPhysical stamina to lift at least 40 lbs and use heavy equipmentStrong communication, organizational, leadership, and time-management skillsAbout Company:Work with an incredible team of enterprisers.
