LCRA is looking for a Substation Construction Crew Lead to join our team to help lead construction crews that build the crucial infrastructure of Central Texas. As a leader in our internal substation construction team, you will have the opportunity to travel across Central Texas to various work sites (with travel accommodations provided). You will work under the direction of a Field Supervisor to assist with coordination and supervision of skilled substation construction teams and provide valuable training through on-the-job experiences. This position occasionally requires direct supervision of field construction crews, leading assigned daily tasks with crew of electricians, monitoring progress, and reporting status updates within provided project scope and scheduled duration.
