Efficiently Manage All Aspects of Commercial & Residential Projects
Salary $75,000 - $100,000 Annually
Preserve the trust of our established clients from the past 50+ years of being in business
Apply previous Carpentry & Management experiences of construction projects
Manage & Drive multiple full-cycle construction renovations, remodels, and
mitigation/restorations
to completion
Conduct site surveys, define scope of work, create budgets, supervise crews, and professional client interactions
Ability to write an Estimate
Collaborate with employees, clients, engineers, architects, insurance agents, etc.
Partner with onsite leads to coach and direct in-house carpentry staff and sub-contractors
Ensure all local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and safety precautions are followed
Willingness to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture
Problem Solve using working knowledge of rough, trim, and finish carpentry
At times, respond to on-call emergency services such as water & fire mitigation, structure damage, etc.
Utilize Construction Management software such as Xactimate, Sage, Microsoft Projects, etc.

Basic Qualifications
5+ Years of Construction Management Experience
5+ Years of previous Carpentry Experience
5+ Years of Construction Project Software experience
Current valid drivers' license and the ability to operate motor vehicles
Preferred Qualifications
Previous construction business owner
IICRC and Xactimate certifications or experience
5+ Years of estimating job cost and labor experience
Available to travel for out-of-state site meetings
Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements
At times; lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
