Responsibilities
• Lead project teams• Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction• Coordinate logistics management, inspection, and expediting• Ensure quality control across multiple concurrent projects
Requirements
• Purchasing and Expediting skills• Subcontractor and Vendor Coordination experience• Project Management experience• Inspection and Quality Control skills• Design/Build Experience a plus• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with remote teams• Experience in a federal and commercial contracting environment is preferred• Bachelor's in Construction Management or 10 years equivalent experience as APM or Superintendent required• Project Management certification, such as PMP, is preferred
