Full job description Actalent Services is hiring a Project Manger with Tool Install Experience to join our team in the Tualatin, OR area!
Job Description: This Project Manager will be responsible for critical infrastructure supporting the installation of new R&D tools. This role is focused on the sub-fab systems that connect gases, liquids, chemicals to the tools. The role is primarily focused on tool install, specialty gas distribution systems, vacuum pump & abatement equipment operations, point of use chiller ops, process tool support utilities - PCW, PVAC, CDA, UPW, nitrogen dilution. This person will also manage planned maintenance schedules. 50% of their time will be in the field validating tool and sub-fab operations and 50% working on planning and operations management tasks. This person will oversee site resource teams that provide maintenance and install services as well as 3rd party companies.
Project Management of direct small lab tool install projects (25-50% of the time) Providing scopes of work and rough order of magnitude (ROM) pricing Submitting purchase orders Skills & Qualifications: Has experience running 3-10 projects based on complexity in an operating facility Extensive experience with facilities planning Ability to change priorities based on scope quickly Chemical or Mechanical Engineer knowledge/experience Experience Level: Intermediate Level
