Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional and innovative project management services to the construction industry, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, budget, and control all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to final completion Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports Maintain a safe and organized work environment Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the construction process Manage the timeline and budget of projects Supervise construction personnel and subcontractors as necessary Identify and resolve issues that could delay project completion Estimate labor costs and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Ensure that all work is done according to local building codes and regulations Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in general construction Extensive knowledge of construction processes and materials Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and cost analysis Ability to supervise and manage labor costs Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills General Construction Estimating and Project Management experience is preferred Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
