Sea Pointe Design & Remodel is looking for an experienced, career-minded Project Manager with a passion for quality, residential construction to manage our whole home remodeling projects including additions, kitchens and bathrooms. The right player should enjoy communicating with clients, producing quality projects and collaborating with our team of designers. You should be an excellent planner with killer scheduling and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and lead others. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners and design professionals as well as trade subcontractors. A project manager will be responsible for managing and executing residential remodel project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements for the completion of professional remodeling projects and day-to-day operations and management skills. What you'll do:
Manage the day-to-day construction of residential remodeling projects to ensure efficient completions Create and manage project construction schedules. Maintain project budgets throughout construction in coordination with our estimating department. Manage, lead and coach 3-7 field team members to achieve quality workmanship that conforms to design specifications. Order materials and schedule inspections throughout project. Set-up and maintain an organized, clean job site to ensure safety. Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, designers and other co-workers. Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in general construction. Minimum 5+ years as a Construction Project Manager Thorough knowledge of residential construction and state contractor's license law. Applicants must have their own truck, insurance and clean driving record. Strong leadership, multi-tasking, and problem solving abilities. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of BuilderTrend or related software is awesome.
