Construction Project Manager

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with experience running projects from $30-100M+? Our client focuses on Charter School projects throughout the Southeast and is looking to grow their Project Management team with talented PM's like you!
Project Manager – Duties/responsibilities will include: Support preconstruction services through design and GMP. Manage construction projects to ensure that work is performed according to plan and specification requirements. Responsible for all material procurement, schedule, change orders, RFIs, pay applications, manage subcontractors and daily coordination with Project Superintendent. Manage and track job costs and prepare monthly reports for CFO review.
Required: Bachelor's degree in related field.
Experience with Design, Engineering and Subcontracting Trades.
Minimum of five (5) years as Project Manager managing $10M+ construction projects
Preferred: Degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience with Projects utilizing CM at Risk and Design-Build.
Experience with ProCore preferred
