Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about project status, milestones, and any changes or issues that may arise. Address and resolve project-related problems and conflicts, identifying solutions and mitigating risks. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial construction. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety practices. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
