We seek a highly skilled Construction Project Associate with strong estimating abilities to oversee and manage our construction projects from conception to completion.
Construction Project Associate Benefits: Competitive base salary of $110--$130k Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with employer match Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Relocation package if applicable Construction Project Associate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field: preferred Minimum of two years of experience in prefab steel project management Experience in estimating and cost management Proficiency with project management and estimating software and tools PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities – team player Construction Project Associate Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish Accurately estimates costs for materials, labor, and equipment Lead project teams of architects, engineers, and subcontractors Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to prevent delays or cost overruns Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns At Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
