Construction Project Accountant/Billing Specialist Desired Education:  Bachelor of Science
Desired Computer skills:  MS Office Suite with EXCEL, Quickbooks, SAGE, or other ERP Duties: Set up Projects and budgets Billing/invoicing of Projects accounts Running sales reports Submitting Cost of Goods Report Cost accruing Submitting weekly and end of month/end of year reports Recording journal entries Importing Projects expenditures Aiding accountants in sales tax entries Coordinating with Accountant Receivable Submitting paperwork for COI's Executing and notarizing lien waivers  
Salary range: $70k-$75k
