Effectively utilise people across the Business Unit to achieve project outcomes.Inspire and lead relevant work teams within the Business Unit in all aspects of their employment from wages to safety and quality drives. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Monford Employee Agreements (EA's) and relevant legislation and apply/conduct HR procedures to manage the workforce when required (i.e., grievance and discipline procedures).Champion safety, quality, and environment culture onsite in line with the Monford safety culture.Facilitate, coach and monitor activities to reduce risk i.e., work method statements, workplace inspections, audits, investigation, and risk registers. Ensure HSEQ compliance/reporting is achieved and communicate any changes to relevant policies and procedures.About YouThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;Degree in Construction Management or similar.Valid Australian Driver's Licence & Construction Induction White Card. 20+ years' experience in the Construction Industry. 10+ years' experience in Senior Supervisors role, managing 200+ resources.How to ApplyAt Monford, our RIPPA values are the cornerstone of our culture and achievements.
