Construction Manager

Genesis Technical is looking for a Construction Manager. 
Project Pharos – Charleston, SC – Mid Level CM
Project is: An expansion of an existing plant with some additional infrastructure required
Work will be in or around live equipment and demonstrated experience of a plant expansion is preferred
Mechanical / Structural Background preferred over E&I
provide oversight and coordination to several concurrent construction efforts under the same project
TIC is $60MM
Duration Assignment is 1.5 – 1.75 years through Q1'26; need is June of this year
Position will be 90% Charleston with some presence in Atlanta engineering offices.
