Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning, coordination, and end-to-end execution of solar construction projects. Take charge of mentoring and overseeing a team of experienced construction experts. Guarantee project completion within specified timelines, budget constraints, and with an unwavering commitment to top-notch quality. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance project designs, focusing on efficiency and sustainability. Vigilantly oversee on-site safety protocols and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Effectively manage project finances, including budgetary considerations and resource allocation. Cultivate strong, constructive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Manager in solar or renewable energy projects. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team. Knowledge of solar project design, construction, and commissioning processes.
