Construction Management Specialist

Company Description Positioned in Pueblo, CO, Posada is a community-based nonprofit organization that focuses on aiding homeless families and single individuals by providing shelter, services, and housing in Pueblo County.
Role Description This is a full-time Construction Management Specialist role at Posada. The Construction Management Specialist will be responsible for developing, overseeing and managing construction projects, collaborating with engineers and architects, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to construction standards and regulations. This is a hybrid role with the majority of work based in Pueblo, CO, and flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Management, Low Income Housing Tax Credit acquisition and Federal, State, local government fund management .
Experience in budgeting and financial management for construction projects Knowledge of architectural principles and design Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes Certifications or degrees related to Construction Management or Civil Engineering RESUMES DIRECTED TO Posada is an Equal Opportunity Employer
